1. Agreement to Terms

Trinity Tower and Coil Cleaning Inc provides professional cleaning services including, but not limited to:

• Cooling tower cleaning and maintenance
• HVAC coil cleaning (evaporator and condenser)
• Heat exchanger cleaning and service
• Water treatment programs
• System diagnostics and analysis
• Maintenance contracts and scheduled services

3. Service Scheduling

Services are scheduled based on availability. While we strive to accommodate your preferred date and time, scheduling is subject to confirmation by our team. A consultation request does not guarantee a specific appointment slot until confirmed in writing.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Service pricing is provided via quote after initial consultation or site assessment.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
• Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date for approved commercial accounts.
• New customers may be required to pay a deposit before service.
• We accept payment by check, ACH transfer, and major credit cards.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a service fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price.
• No-shows will be charged the full quoted amount.
• Emergency service requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion, and we will work to address your concerns. Specific warranty terms may apply to maintenance contracts and will be detailed in your service agreement.

7. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trinity Tower and Coil Cleaning Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Insurance

Trinity Tower and Coil Cleaning Inc maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Trinity Tower and Coil Cleaning Inc and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Governing Law
