Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
At Trinity Tower and Coil Cleaning Inc, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer a 30-day refund guarantee.
1. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the original service date.
- You must provide written documentation of the issue or concern with our service.
- The issue must be related to the quality or completeness of our work, not changes in your needs or circumstances.
- You must allow us the opportunity to inspect the work and attempt to resolve the issue before a refund is processed.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Call (215) 240-2953 or email jeffryhall@trinitycoil.com within 30 days of service completion.
- Describe the Issue: Provide detailed information about your concerns, including photos if applicable.
- Inspection: Our team will schedule a follow-up inspection within 5 business days to assess the situation.
- Resolution: We will either re-perform the service at no additional cost or process a refund within 10 business days.
3. Full Refunds
Full refunds are available when:
- Services were not performed as specified in the service agreement.
- The work quality does not meet industry standards despite a reasonable opportunity to correct.
- We are unable to schedule a re-service within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be offered when:
- Only a portion of the contracted services did not meet expectations.
- External factors beyond our control affected service quality.
- The customer canceled service after work had already begun.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Emergency service call-out fees when a technician was dispatched.
- Diagnostic and inspection fees for completed assessments.
- Materials and chemicals already applied during service.
- Services completed more than 30 days prior to the refund request.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (subject to cancellation fees per our Terms).
6. Maintenance Contracts
For customers with ongoing maintenance contracts, refunds are handled as follows:
- Pro-rated refunds are available for the unused portion of pre-paid contracts.
- Contract cancellation must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the next scheduled service.
- Any discounts received for contract commitments may be recalculated at individual service rates.
7. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method:
- Credit Card: Refunded within 5-10 business days.
- Check: A refund check will be mailed within 10 business days.
- ACH/Wire: Refunded within 5 business days.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may request a review by our management team. Please submit your appeal in writing within 14 days of receiving our initial response. All decisions made by management are final.
